About the Role
For someone to be interested in this role we recommend that you should be passionate about supporting people and working with charities. You should be technical, with good attention to detail, and the ability to manage your time well and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Someone with a background in CRM or IT management, data engineering or computer science would be a great fit for this role but we are open to people with a range of backgrounds.

Main Duties
Maintain and upgrade (as needed) Hygiene Hub’s IT infrastructure, including Salesforce and Google Workspace
Work with department heads to deliver effective reports on company operations
Address IT queries from Hub volunteers
Ensure Data Security is maintained at all times
Requirements
Strong experience managing Salesforce systems as a System Admin
Familiarity with Google Workspace and setting up email clients
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proactive and helpful attitude
Able to work with a wider team across the organisation
